Seafood Sauce And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can plum tomatoes, chopped
1 can tomato paste
2 large cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. basil
1 can minced clams
1 can whole clams
1/2 lb. fresh bay scallops
1/2 lb. fresh medium shrimp, drained
1 brisket, trimmed
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can whole cranberry sauce
carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch lengths
potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
1 lb. wide noodles (egg)
6 eggs
1 pt. sour cream (may use light or plain nonfat yogurt)
1 lb. cottage cheese or Ricotta
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 to 19 oz.) can pinto beans
1 medium size tomato, chopped
1 c. mild chunky salsa
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp. dried cilantro leaves (optional)
2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Preparation

Prepare macaroni as label directs, but don't use salt in the water.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef until well browned.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water; heat to boiling, stirring until blended.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
