Deep Dish Chicago Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage links
    water
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat sausages and 1/4 cup water to boiling.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue cooking 20 minutes.
