White Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 pint cottage cheese
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (cut in halves)
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 container cool whip
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Heat marshmallow and milk at low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until melted, add cottage cheese and pineapple, fold in cherries and oranges.
Fold in cool whip.
Put in serving dish, cover well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
