Ingredients

1 part fresh red currants
1 part buttermilk, chilled
1 part raspberry ripple ice cream
1 papaya
1 part mango juice, chilled
juice of 1/2 lime
2 Tbsp. honey
2 ice cubes
2/3 c. buttermilk, chilled
2 Tbsp. raspberries
2 ice cubes
1 egg white
few fresh raspberries (to decorate)
1 part cream soda
1 part red grape juice
dash of lemon juice
wedge of lemon (to garnish)
1/3 c. low-fat plain yogurt, chilled
1/4 c. grapefruit juice, chilled
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
pinch of ground cloves
Preparation

Whiz yogurt, juice and sweetener in a blender.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle ground cloves on the top.
