Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together, pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
