Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    few dashes nutmeg and cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 pie shells (uncooked)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into 2 prepared pie shells.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 8 minutes, then lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake until firm.
