Liverwurst Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liverwurst or braunschweiger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/3 to 1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Cream liverwurst and cream cheese.
Add next 4 ingredients and blend well.
Stir in beer gradually and beat until smooth. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Makes 3 cups.
