Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good size fryer
    3 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. chopped green chili peppers
Preparation
    Boil chicken, saving broth; debone and shred into bite size chunks.
    Cook rice according to directions on box using 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups broth.
    After rice has set, add spices, tomato sauce, chili peppers and chicken.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a serving dish.
