Meat Balls, Tarpon Springs(Keftedes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 large onion, grated
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. spiced bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a deep bowl, combine all ingredients, adding water if needed for a very soft mixture.
    Knead to blend.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Shape lightly into 2 inch balls.
    Roll in flour and brown in hot oil.
