Sauce For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/3 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, cheese and salt.
    Blend in sour cream, chives and cucumber.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    To serve, pour sauce over cooked vegetables while still hot.
