1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tomatoes
2 Tbsp. green pepper
2 Tbsp. onion
2 hard-cooked eggs
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper
lettuce
