Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced green peppers
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Cut sauerkraut into short pieces with scissors.
Add sugar and let stand 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
This salad will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
