Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In saucepan, combine sugar, salt and milk.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Stir a moderate amount into eggs.
Immediately return to heat and cook 2 minutes.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into cooled pie shell.
Top with meringue.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
