Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes in wedges.
    In small bowl whisk vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper until well blended.
    Whisk in oil and parsley.
    Pour over tomatoes.
