Butterfish Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices frozen black cod, unsalted
1/4 c. Mirin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shoyu
flour or cornstarch
Preparation
-
Cut butterfish in serving pieces.
Marinate
in
Mirin, sugar and
shoyu.
When ready to serve, dredge
in
flour
or cornstarch and fry in oil until browned and crisp.
