Butterfish Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices frozen black cod, unsalted
    1/4 c. Mirin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shoyu
    flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut butterfish in serving pieces.
    Marinate
    in
    Mirin, sugar and
    shoyu.
    When ready to serve, dredge
    in
    flour
    or cornstarch and fry in oil until browned and crisp.
