Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese slices
4 Tbsp. butter
3 c. fine light bread crumbs
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 onion, sliced
2 1/2 c. home canned tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown crumbs in skillet with butter.
Place half of bread crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
Place zucchini over bread crumbs then add peppers, onion, tomatoes and cheese in layers.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with bread crumbs.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
