Lemon Yum Yum - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. coconut
3 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small lemon instant pudding mix
Preparation

Mix melted oleo to flour; add pecans and spread into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. Mix 1/2 the Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread half on top of crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut and 1/4 cup pecans over mixture. Mix pudding with milk and stir until thick. Spread over coconut and nuts. Top with remaining Cool Whip, coconut and nuts. Chill before serving.
