Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, diced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can milk
    dash of parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil first four ingredients in water until tender, about 30 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add soup, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and cheese.
    This is great on a cold, wintery day.
    It can be easily doubled or tripled.
    Better make lots of it because everyone loves it.
