Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 stick butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
4 medium sweet potatoes, boil in water

Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes; boil in water with 1/4 teaspoon salt until tender. Drain potatoes and beat or mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown and pie is set.
