Chicken Or Steak Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts or Delmonico steaks
    Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    peppers
    onion slices or pearl onions
    tomatoes
    mushrooms
    anything else you desire
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts or steaks into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes and place in a deep bowl with a cover.
    Pour Thousand Island dressing and lemon juice over meat and use enough to cover meat completely. Let stand for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Place meat on skewers alternating it with vegetables.
    Grill until meat is cooked over a low to medium flame.
