Hot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
    8 potatoes, boiled and diced
    4 to 6 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bacon.
    Top with bacon and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
