Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine ingredients except coconut and pecans.
Cook over medium heat, 10 to 12 minutes,
stirring
constantly.
Remove from
heat; add remaining ingredients.
Beat until
cool
and of spreading consistency. Good with chocolate cake.
