"Supper" Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chopped spinach
    1 large onion
    3 hard boiled eggs
Preparation
    Season spinach to taste and simmer.
    Slice onions very thin and place on large platter.
    Pour hot spinach over onions and top with sliced eggs.
    Serve with hot corn bread and smoked sausage. So good!
