Chicken And Beef Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    1 can Healthy Request mushroom soup
    1 c. light sour cream
    1 jar dried beef
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with cooking spray. Cut dried beef into strips and put onto bottom of dish. Add chicken breasts. Mix soup and sour cream. Spoon on top of chicken. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
