2 Sweet Potatoes
1 pkg. Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger Meat
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
Salsa
Sour Cream
Onion, Tomatoes, Lettuce
Portobello Mushroom (just for the tops)
1 pkg. Blended Mexican Shredded Cheese
Olive Oil, Salt

Preparation

1. Dice onions and tomatoes, add salt and mix together.
