Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in large skillet on medium heat.
    Drain. Stir in water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil. Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
