Ingredients

okra
1 clove garlic (per jar)
2 Tabasco peppers (per jar)
1 tsp. dill seed (per jar)
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. canning salt
Preparation

Pack okra in pint jars.
Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over okra in jars and seal right away.
Should be ready to eat in about 3 to 4 weeks.
