Beverly'S Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2 lb. bag dried red kidney beans
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 medium onion
    Smoky Hollow Sausage (1 of 3)
    1 can chopped tomatoes (or Rotel if want some more spice)
Preparation
    Wash beans - cover with water and start to cook at a good boil.
    (You don't have to use the whole 2 lb. bag, adjust to suit taste).
    Add hot sausage and chopped onion.
    Break sausage apart as it starts to cook.
    Cook for about 20-30 minutes then add tomatoes with juice.
    Continue cooking until beans just start to soften then add Smokey Hollow Sausage sliced.
    Cook about 15-20 minutes more.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
