Layered Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. cherry pie filling
    1 small tub whipped cream
    garnishing nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix with flour.
    Spread mixture in bottom of 9 x 9 x 1-inch pan.
    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; place on top of flour mixture in pan.
    Top with cherries, whipped cream and nuts.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
