Rhubarb Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    2 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream sugar and shortening, add egg, add vanilla.
    Alternately add sour cream or yogurt with dry ingredients.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Top with streusel and bake in a buttered and floured 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 pan.
