Diabetic Strawberry Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. long grain rice
    2 tsp. margarine or butter
    1 1/4 tsp. Equal (measures 3 or 4 packets Equal)
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan (2-quart), bring milk, spices and salt to boil.
    Stir in rice and cover.
    Cook on low heat about 30 minutes or until most of milk is absorbed.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in margarine and Equal; cool, cover and chill. Makes 6 1/2 servings.
