Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add margarine and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add 3/4 cup cracker crumbs and milk and blend well.
    Add most of the cheese, salt and pepper (to taste).
    Top with the rest of the cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
