Spinach Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
    1 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    6 to 8 sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 scallions, chopped
    a little salt and pepper
    10 oz. pkg. pizza dough (Pillsbury)
Preparation
    Combine everything but pizza dough.
    Pat out pizza dough on wax paper to a rectangle. Spread mixture evenly on dough, leaving 1-inch space around edges. Fold over all 4 sides the 1-inch. Beginning with end facing you, roll up, jelly roll style. Transfer the roll, seam side down, to a cookie sheet with Pam.
    Lightly spread olive oil on top.
    Prick through with meat fork a couple of times. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
    Impressive to serve, but easy to make!
