Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    4 slices bacon
    6 oz. lean sausage
    1/4 c. diced onion
    5-6 mushrooms, sliced
    1 pkg. (8-10 oz.) fresh spinach or 1 pkg frozen spinach
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
    1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
Preparation
    Saute sausage and drain on paper towel.
    Saute bacon, drain and crumble.
    Saute mushrooms and onion.
    Microwave spinach on high 4 to 6 minutes, drain well and chop.
    Add 1 Tbsp. flour.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake additional 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
