Oatmeal Crispy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. quick cook oats (raw)
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Roll a teaspoonful at a time. Place on pan; lightly press flat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes. Cookies should be chewy.
    Yields 5 dozen.
