Quick Fix Fruit Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat or skim milk
1/2 c. low-fat frozen yogurt
1/2 c. frozen berries (no sugar) or 1/2 c. frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
a few ice cubes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into a 12 ounce glass and enjoy your snack.
