Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. peeled tomatoes (not much juice)
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
6 or 7 large onions
4 to 6 hot peppers
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook slowly until vegetables are done, about 2 hours.
Makes about 8 pints.
