Spinach And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

unbaked 9-inch pie shell
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. crumbled, cooked bacon
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Place drained spinach in unbaked pie shell.
Cover with shredded Swiss, then crumbled bacon.
In medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and pour over spinach, cheese and bacon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
