Home-Style Baked Apple Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 c. sugar
    2 medium apples, finely chopped (2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    frozen whipped topping
Preparation
    Generously grease a 9-inch pie plate with margarine; set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and orange extract by hand until foamy.
    Stir in sugar.
    Add flour mixture, stirring until well combined (will be stiff).
    Stir in apples, pecans and raisins. Spread evenly in greased pie plate.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until golden brown and center appears set.
    Serve warm. To serve, cut in wedges and top with whipped topping.
