Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/8 to 1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery and onion together.
    Put all ingredients together in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 1 can Chinese noodles and bake 10 more minutes.
