Tail-Gate Blond Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation

Sift together baking powder, soda and salt.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar; pour into large bowl and cool.
Stir in egg and vanilla.
Beat in dry ingredients.
Stir in walnuts and half of the chocolate pieces.
Spread into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle batter with remaining chocolate, pressing slightly.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until mixture starts to pull away from edges.
Cool in pan and cut.
