Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.
    Pour through a funnel into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown (3 minutes).
    Turn and fry one more minute. Go-o-o-d!!
    Serves 8.
