White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks butter
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
2 lb. pecans
2 small pkg. coconut
1 lb. English walnuts
2 pkg. white raisins
1/2 lb. red cherries
1/2 lb. green cherries
1 small jar apple jelly
1 pkg. mixed candied fruit
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and flour alternately.
Use 4 cups of flour, adding one at a time.
Next add the jar of jelly, blending well. Use the 5th cup of flour to coat the fruit and then add to mixture, blending together well.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
I use steeple pan and line it with wax paper.
Cook at 200\u00b0 until done.
Yields 2 cakes.
