Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 medium onion
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cut pieces
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. dried bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Poach 5 chicken breasts (boned, skinned and cut into bite size pieces).
    (Poaching Method:
    Put in saucepan and barely cover with water.
    Add celery stalk and 1/2 medium onion; boil for 20 minutes.)
    Place thawed broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken over broccoli.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Top with bread crumbs (dried), mixed with 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Make a day ahead; refrigerate.
