Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (hot, mild, sage or mixture)
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (or one 12 oz. pkg.)
2 c. Bisquick
dash of hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation

Mix sausage, cheese, Bisquick and hot sauce until well mixed. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes on ungreased cookie or baking sheet.
Serve hot.
May be frozen; these freeze well.
Just put in oven frozen and bake 5 minutes.
