Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 tsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    Combine red pepper, soup and sour cream; stir in chicken. Spoon into casserole dish and top with mixture of butter, cracker crumbs and poppy seeds.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly.
