Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. lean stew beef
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. red hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook meat with onions, bay leaves, salt and pepper until meat is done.
    Shred meat and leave in broth, keeping enough broth to simmer barbecue.
    Add rest of ingredients and heat until flavor is reached.
    Serve on buns.
