Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. butter (1/2 c.)
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 c. chopped fresh spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
    Stir with whip.
    Add cheese and spinach, mixing well.
    Spread in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm when pan is shaken.
    Cool 30 minutes before serving.
    Cut into 40 squares.
    Can be frozen for future use!
