Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beaten egg
2 c. low-fat Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles and broccoli separately according to their package directions.
Drain well.
Set aside.
