Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 to 2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and lemon juice.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crackers and poppy seed.
    Pour melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
